    Looking for lost Orange juice chicken recipe

    Hi All, My wife had a recipe for cooking chicken thighs over rice in a casserole dish that she has lost. It had turmeric, saffron, and orange juice, with the thighs and rice? Anyone aware of a recipe like this? Thanks, Phil
