    Help needed for salad bar

    I am in charge of purchasing the veggies for a salad bar for 50 people. Can anyone help me determine how much of an item I need to buy. The list of veggies wanted are: lettuce -green peppers -tomatoes -celery -carrots -cucumber -broccoli -cauliflower -onions. Any help would be much appreciated...
