I am an OTR (Over the road) truck driver and a sigle mother who is looking at a better way of living which means eating healthy out here on the road. I have a daughter who looks up to me however I also have nieces and nephews who look up to me. So, I am open to suggestions since I have had a scare I wasn't expecting to have.
