    Tripod and indirect charcoal

    Has anyone cooked a turkey on a tripod with indirect coals? Several years ago we used 4 chicken wire tubes filled with charcoal surrounding the tripod and used a foil tent over top. I don't remember how long it was to cook. Thanks for any info you can provide.
