I haven't had any issue with the salt? I only pinch from Kosher salt. Table salt is in a shaker. I use Kosher most all of the time...

You could say that about many places, though I'm not sure what you'd be basing it on. I'd be more worried about some other types of places.

You don’t season a cast iron pan with salt. You season it with very thin coats of neutral oil and heat.
