Hi! My name is Ashland. I love to put my creativity into cooking and baking, but truthfully, I have more fun with baking. 
I am in a technical highschool for culinary arts, and I graduate highschool in January 2012, but am going to my technical school for the rest of the year afterwards. I aspire to become a pastry chef one day. I am still learning, so I decided maybe joining these forums would help me with inquiring more culinary knowledge.
