    Recommendations on good chef knives?

    I love the Wusthof, I have found that Henkels have gone downhill in their quality recently. I am thinking about getting a complete set of Wusthof soon!

    Restaurant-Must they tell me the ingredients ?

    I think that they have to disclose the ingredients! Ask for a manager, or since it is a chain then try getting a hold of the head office!
