    Pineapple Chicken

    16 Hour Pig

    This is our 20th annual party Hot fire 300Lb. pig Let it cook for 16 hours and dig it up. Unwrap and enjoy. No knives required

    Build a hot fire !!!!! Prepare the pig. Put pig in the ground. Let it cook/smoke for 16 hours, then dig it up. Serve hot and enjoy ! No knives required.....pick the bone out by hand !!! Put on your best Elvis shirt and celebrate your Anniversary !!!!

    Zucchini lasagna

    Was feeling creative after picking some zucchini from the garden. Sliced them up good. It's all about layers. This beauty is ready for the fire. Another success !!!!

    Veggies and T-bones

    Raided the garden and grabbed the good stuff. Chopped it all up and added spice. Hung it over the pit and relaxed for a bit. After 1/2 way I added 2 T-bones from our neighbor's cow:smile: It was AWESOME:chef:
