    Turkey cooking time

    I just bought a large electric roaster and will be cooking my first 20 pound turkey in it. How long will this take at 325?? I tried a chicken last night and it seemed to take much longer than in a regular oven. I don't want to mess up our TDay dinner. Please advise:)
