I'm back...I had to work yesterday and was on the road a lot, too. Hi, Middie! I lost the weight by eating anything I wanted to, but only eating half. It took me about a year. :smile:

Isn't that the truth? How can I update my photo when it keeps failing to load? Can you believe I lost 30 pounds?
