    My question is.... Can I simply add some flour to a recipe that does not already include it (to achive that "firmer texture")? Or do I also need to alter other ingredients? Thanks.....To any of you that take the time to help me with this issue

    I found this thread from the old files.:smile: There is some good disscussion on here, So I am going to keep it going. There is alot of talk about water baths. Does anyone cook their cheesecake with a pan of water on the rack below it? (instead of directly in it)

    I have been looking for a mixer. What brand do you suggest? Also, I am not trying to be funny or ignorent, BUT, would you sell your KA at a good price? My uses for it are smaller & more simple, I think a KA would still be ideal for my uses. (I just have not been able to afford one yet)

    Need Cheesecake advise

    WOW..... It just hit me......Styrafoam tortilla warmer!!!!!! I have one here at my house, I pulled it out.... 9" diameter!!!!!! Tried it, PERFECT FIT!!!! A little dry ice, wrap the warmer in bubble wrap, in a box, next day air....... I think this is going to work.
