Substitute butter/margarine with Olive Oil?
This may be a silly question but can you substitute butter/margarine with Olive Oil when baking? I just want to make Chocolate Chip Cookies and I only have one stick of butter and I need 2 sticks. I'm almost 8 months pregnant so I really don't want to drive to the store just to get butter...
