    I came upon an AC 20% sale @ the Wrentham Outlets in Mass that ends today (Nov. 4th). I picked up 2 french skillets(9 in. & 11 in.) a 3 qt. saute pan w/ a lid, a 2 qt. & 4 qt. sauce pan w/ lids, & a 3 qt. saucier w/ a lid.(All of which are SS). My ? to you is, do I need the saucier pan...

    Rissotto pan Thanks 4 the input. I think I Wastrying to justify having this "particular" pot. ----->The women @ the outlet won't like to see me coming, don't know if they work on commision or not.........but you are ALL right.....I Don't "need" it. It goes back tomorrow!!:wink:

    Hi, I own several le cresuet pots, :several dutch oven sizes---both round and oval, largest being 7 1/4 round & smallest being oval 2 3/4. I also have 2 buffet pots & the lid says "30". MY question to you all.......do I NEED a "rissotto" pot to make that dish, or can I use what I have...

    Stock Pots After looking @ both pots again, I see the AC is a LTD edition, & Originally went for $265 or so(some crazy price like that)......I think I'll stick w/ this one......cooked 6 ears of corn broken in half & worked well.........Caph is nice but I think it's going back............LOVE...

    Hello, I was @ T.J. Maxx & got an All-Clad stock pot for $70, regular $130, & a Caphalon 8 QT. for $80 regular $160. I think the Caph. is "Caph. One" & the AC is black/dark grey outside stainless & slightly (maybe 6 QT.s) smaller then the Caph. Any suggestions on which oneI should...

    Nonstick & ovenproof......... All the recipes I'm looking @ call for just that......"nonstick & ovenproof skillets" & one recipe called for the oven temp. to be 500 degrees..............I'm having family over for brunch & want the meal to come out good!!!:rolleyes:

    Le Creuset

    I'm a big fan of Le creuset pots/dutch ovens. How many should one own, and what sizes? It's just my husband & myself, and occasionally we entertain.
