ISO method to remove lamb's "odor/gameyness"
Hi,:wink:, Pls.help me to find out how to get rid of gamey lamb before cooking. I've tried using garlic, ginger, lemon juice,pepper,etc.. not to mention of remove all fat from lamb. Is there any other way to rid of gamey lamb? Thanks ,regards Seung
