    What's the most exotic food you've had ?

    For me, it would probably be alligator that I had in New Orleans, and yes, it was a bit like chicken, but it was also mixed in with some rice and veggies, so the flavor wasn't that pronounced. I've had quail before, too. I didn't care for it too much...mostly skin and bones, very little meat...
