you can cut up the zucchini in strips and freeze or any size to make fried with butter and onions, or you could shreeded it by the amount of what you need it for recipe.

I made zuc. bread the other day and alot last year. Im new to the site and i have looked all over for answers why it keeps falling. I use different recipes it falls in middle sides are nice and moist. I have used different pans. could someone answer why this keep happen.

freezing muffins i have made banana muffins and froze them. I have found using muffin liners its better. the moister absorbs in them when thawing.
