What to look for in a copper pan
Hi, I´m thinking of buying a copper pan, maybe a frying pan or possibly a "paila" which doesn´t translate to English as far as I know. It's like a wok with a handle on either side. The gypsies here in Chile handcraft copper pans and sell them in the street. I´m not sure how much they go for...
