When cooking eggs in my aluminum skillet they always stick. I tried heating with oil and scouring it with table salt --- still stick.

Has anyone tried to cook dry beans after soaking in an 18 qt roaster ? What temp and how long. Cooking this for a crowd. Thanks PcbChef
