I've never baked a Pumpkin Roll. I was about to attempt this and discovered I have no ground cloves. I do have allspice which I was told could be a substitute. My question is....should I still use the cinnamon and ginger along with the allspice? Thanks in advance and Happy Thanksgiving to all.
