    Santoku vs Chef's knife

    i like using the Santoku knife it makes the rocking action a little easier and faster. I have the Cutco santoku knife and i have other but this one seems the best. The history channel just had cutco on their show.

    Wow, this knife feels good!!

    I have used Cutco for a while and they have free sharpening. and i have friends that have had them for 29 years and swear by them. They are pricey though but worth it in the long run.

    Yes I love my Cutco. I especially love the white handles, they suit my kitchen well and my hands feel great using them. I have had them for about 9 years and still haven't sent them in for sharpening. SO honeybee i deff recomend these knives they may be expensive but they will be the last ones...
