    wow you guys have it good here in montreal it just went to 5.50$can/gal which is about the same 5.40$ us/gal. of course we sell it by litres so it 1.45/L here which is still cheap compared to europe where it is ~2.10us$/L

    How do you like Chinese food?

    having spent time in china, i love sichuan food but the real stuff. i can't find most og my favorite dishes here but my good friends has parents who are excelent cooks and cook for me on occasion. my all time favorite dish is Mapo tofu.

    Tons of Cream!

    hey ice cream is my choice but to make it at least the only way i know how is an ice cream maker. but all the ice cream maker does is keep the cream moving while it freezes. so if you can figure out how to do that with out an ice cream maker good on ya. well i found this it should work. Link...

    Tojiro dp for sure. i paid around 70$ (with shipping) and i love it. best buy for your money for sure. check it out at korin. also 70 is for the 9 inch blade and 8 inch if cheaper here is a link

    i use ss all old school stuff from when things were made to last. inherited from my grand father a pastry chef who bought them in the 50s-70s never had any problems with holes although one that we got 15 years ago has a hole already. i say go with stainless and try and find the oldest stuff...

    Rolling Pins - what do you like?

    I have several , all of them inherited from my grandfather a swiss pastry chef and chocolatier, one is about an 1" thinck freench style one is about 2" and 20" long with handles, and the last id about 3 inches thick and about 27" long its nuts, it has handles and i don't use is too often.
