    Another evil but wonderful potato technique

    Sounds great, I'm definitely going to try it. I make something somewhat similar in technique - chop potato into cubes, boil until soft but still firm, then spice with paprika, salt and a bit of oil and bake until crisp.

    Usually with any variant of mixed vegetables salad - tomato, cucumber, red pepper, green onion, parsley... Tahini does go well with spinach though, so using it with spinach salad sounds like a good idea.

    suziquzie - I prefer the olive oil to be dominant (I usually use it generously, more than what's specified in the recipe) therefore wine vinegar out for me. It's a matter of taste though... thanks for your comment
