The sausages you can get here are not very good. They are bland.
I miss fresh Italian sausage and the Polish sausage we used to have in The States.
So...I want to make sausages. The meat grinders with sausage attachements are available here. Before buying one I want to do some research...
AnnaMaria has asked for some help making gravy. I am no expert. Can somebody explain it to her? She has been sharing the most incredible recipes with us.
I did explain a bit about the meat juices and roux. But I don't have enough experience myself making gravy from scratch.

They used to have this now and then as dessert at school. School lunches. I am talking 60's.
I have googled, but don't find anything like what I am looking for. It had a graham cracker crumb crust. It was delicious!!
