    Chico, nice edge but correct me if i'm wrong but don't you use an edge pro? Anyone can hold a knife in a machine. Why don't you use stones? W.b.

    are u saying that you actually charge 150 dollars to sharpen a knife? Why would somebody be stupid enough to pay that? So you put a hundred dollar edge on a hundred dollar knife? By that reasoning i can just throw the knife in the garbage and start over care to explain? W.b.
