People in Chicago don't eat that deep dish crap. It's for tourists. I spent 40 some years of my life there and rarely ate deep dish pizza.

I'd cook the brisket at low temp, wrap it in foil and hold it in an ice chest, then raise the temp and cook the turkey. In a couple hours the brisket will have improved with the rest and the turkey will be done. Rest the turkey while you slice the brisket and everything will be in great shape.

I'd advise you to start your drinking before you move the Klose, then your shoulder won't hurt. No charge.

I've eaten all over KC and pretty far into Memphis and I don't see any one sauce or even general taste being attached to the whole city. They're all unique. I think all this classifying is for writers who don't actually go to the places.

Thanks for the nice words. Yes there were plenty of cuties around. Tava didn't end up on the show much but she was always around and adorable and Megyn Price is very cute and of course the BBQ Ambassadors. They made us all look better, that's for sure!
