    Oven Thermometer

    Where can you find an accurate oven thermometer. I have bought different ones from Walmart and Target. When I test them,there is a hundred degree different between them. So would anyone know a good oven thermometer? Thank You

    Spring Form Pan

    I got what look like a good recipe for Apple Spice Cake. It say to use a Spring Form Pan. I have never used this type of pan.     Keeping Tea more than 1 day?

    I have been making tea for a long time. Usually about 1/2 gallon at a time. There are two people who drinks the tea. Last about a week. Have never suffered any ill effects. Here lately I hear that you should not store home made tea longer than one day. Has anyone else heard this? Thank You
