Hi All, For a while now I have been getting some really fine bulgar from a turkish shop. At work, if i'm a bit hungry, ill make a cup of tea and wack the remainder of boiled water from the kettle over a bowl of bulgar. 15 minutes later, i simply eat it... it tastes excellent! having looked on...
