I've cooked plenty of lamb roasts for my family & follow the general 160C, 25min per every 500g for medium but 2day i'm cooking for a larger group & using 2 lamb legs (1.7kg & 1.3kg). So do i follow my usual way & add the amounts - cooking in total for 3kg/2.5hrs? Or do i cook it as i would a...
