    Well l seen your potato salad, seems ordinary, we eat it alot here in canada in summer time, every one l taste is the same so l invented 2 new ways for flavour, my base for one is a deep fried cubed waxy patato, with a real mayo and mustard dressing in a ratio of 2 to 1 with fresh lemon juice...
