4 1/2 cups bread flour
1 Tablespoon kosher salt plus a little more for sprinkling
2 Cups warm water ( no hotter than 105 degrees F)
2 1/4 teaspoons (1 1/2ounces) active dry yeast

Three Large Roma Tomatoes cut sideways into...
I would heat from the top and and the bottom, and make sure that the foil is as flat as possible to keep the temperature even throughout. What does your dough look like?
I mince garlic into the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then dip the bread into it, it is very simple but very good. I have a great focaccia recipe if you are looking for one. (although it is a double rise, so it can be time consuming)
Thank you Shalinee for the Keep Learning Keep Smiling website. I've only browsed it so far but it looks great! As for the foccacia I usually end up eating all of it fresh out of the oven with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It would be nice to have leftovers for a sandwich.
You should make the focaccia, it is really easy and doesn't take that long. Asian cooking is something i know very little about, so of course I'm very interested in learning about it.
I am just beginning to cook more seriously, I would not say i have a specialty yet. (Although I make a pretty good focaccia). I do make chili quite often during football season and take alot of pride it that as well. I'm always trying new recipes so if you know of a good one let me know!
I love "No Reservations" Anthony is a little harsh sometimes but at least he is doing things his way. His books are entertaining as well, although if you dont like his personality I would not recommend his books.
