Here in my country - Philippines, a cup of champorado (chocolate rice porridge) and two pieces of fried tuyo (small dried fish), for breakfast makes my day. Mouthwatering!!!
I agree with them. The calamari should be fresh! My mother cook her calamari so well. She simply cut the squid into rings, dip the rings into a simple flour mixture, and fry. Mmmm.... delicious! :chef:
