    Looking for Deep-Fried Chicken Recipe

    I am looking for recipe to deep-fry chicken in my outdoor "turkey fryer". Have tried a couple of times and burnt the breading to get the chicken done. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks :wacko:
