    I'm sure some of you have heard about how Lifetime by pulled off the air by dish without warning on New Year's Eve? I can't understand Dish's reasoning for that with most of their subscribers voting Lifetime their favorite channel. Now less than 2% of Dish's programming is comprised of networks...
