Pepperoni pizza and hot wings and a barley pop or 2

A friend of mine came up with this for poker nite recently. He hasnt named it yet but its basically food that starts with the letter P. We did pepperoni,pepperjack,proscuitto(sp?),pastrami,pepperocinis,provolone and pesto. grilled or foremaned.(cooked on the george foreman. only good use for it)

ive never used vinegar of any kind i stick to hot sauce. Malt vinegar is popular here for fish doesnt quite have the bite of regular vinegar.

chitlins and greens inside at the same time?!? somebody has no sense of smell. about the vinegar would that be malt vinegar? Or some other type?
