    I survived camp!!

    Thanks for all the great ideas about ways to cook for kids at camp! I wasn't sure if I was going to make it that 1st week but by the 4th week I had it down. They even asked me if I would come back in December to cook for a retreat. I am hoping for next years camp they go back to having two cooks...

    What's the best way to cook pork chops for around 80?

    I tried lightly browning and putting in a large roaster but they were a little soggy and the ones on the bottom fell apart when I tried to serve them. Also what would be good for seasoning them? Thanks!
