All the Dinner's sound outstanding! I'm braised short beef ribs with celery,carrots, onions, and leeks in a beef broth and red wine simmered for two hours.. probably have corn bread with it.
Hello All.I'm a newbie too. I am going to try out a recipe for Oatmeal Bars with dried cranberries. I really don't like the regular oatmeal cooked on he stove top-yuk.:chef:
:chef:I usually make at least two or three meals for the week. i'm making stuffed peppers, scalloped potatoes with ham and tonight's dinner is pork loin roast with veggies
try adding at least two eggs and break up two slices of bread soaked in milk; squeeze out the milk before adding and als place a glass pan filled with water placed under the meatloaf on the oven rack

Sorry a few days late.. I love Balsamic vinegar;who ever invented that's my "hero". I have a recipe for salad dressing using that with olive oil,brown sugar,dijon mustard,salt/pepper;shake in a mason jar.:chef:
I've been going a long time and my kid's are all grown now;but a good side dish would be sweet potato fries or biscuits with broccoli and cheese inside
