    For the brisket I just put it in the oven. I also just did a roast the same way but did it on top the stove with a medium btu burner on low and simmered it for 3 hours. It turned out the same way. Very tender and tasty.

    Advantium Owners

    I have not gotten one yet but will be getting the 220V wall unit when we are to that point in a new house. I was out looking at the GE website and they have a new recipe area. You should be able to get some really good ideas from it. Hope this helps. Chris
