    Substitute for cream cheese?

    I too am looking for a substitute for cream cheese My Dr has put me on a diet. And I am not allowed cow's milk because of the hormones:mad: I can't live without cheese. So I am searching for hormone free cheeses for consumption and to use in recipes!
