    Replacing egg's whites

    I recently bought egg whites in a carton with my Ocado order. Waitrose may have them and Sainsbury's does. Suitable for baking and egg white omlettes (Bleuch!!). They can also be frozen but if you do they won't whip for meringue for some reason.
