Hey all. No offense taken here. Red Eye Gravy is not for everyone. Kind of like chitlins. LOL! I'll try anything once. But sometimes I'm sorry. Like that time I tried Lutefisk. ;-) Thanks for all the advice. I'll give it another try soon and let you know how it comes out. -

Thanks! I wondered if I overcooked it. I cooked it very slowly on low heat longer than 10 minutes. It had plenty of fat in it so there should have been plenty of grease. I'm not giving up. I'll give it go until I work it out. Then I'll have a heart attack or stroke from eating it (Good GOD... -
