Curious, what herbs, spices, and or extracts did you use to flavor your dishes today?
I sprinkled cinna-cream sprinkles on my old fashioned oats this morning.
For lunch, topped hard boiled eggs with sea salt and paprika.
And for dinner, prepared parmesan meatballs with dried parsley and garlic...
For my 3 o'clock meal (I eat every three hours), I'll have a serving size of whole grain pasta and top it off with some crumbled feta cheese. Due to pasta being high in carbs, I find that having it for a snack works great.
Next week for three days, I'll be in Atlanta, GA on business. I am staying near the airport. Any suggestions on where to eat? My preference is to eat healthy-low sodium, right portion sizes, at a reasonable price.
Hello seasoned cooks. I am making turkey meatballs for dinner. The recipe calls for 1/4 c of fresh parsley. I don't have fresh parsley, and I am running low on dried parsley. What other dried herb can I use as a substitute? Thanks for your help
