I'm doing a roast pork with crackling for a Christmas in July dinner party this weekend.

Potatoes- I can't decide whether to do roasted (I make amazing crispy crunchy fluffy roasted potatoes!), fluffy mashed potatoes, or...
How about some sweet or savoury muffins? You can get lots of protein and fibre into a muffin- you could pack them frozen so they last a little longer.
Also, oatmeal cookies are filling and last well.
I use my dutch oven for anything requiring a slow cook such as lamb shanks, brisket, and ragu, as well as for every day cooking like bolognese, soups and sauces,
I couldn't live without it!
