    I am wanting to fix beef kabobs for app. 50 people. Two kabobs per person. I will be fixing them on the grill. My concern is how can I keep them hot and not dry them out while cooking the remainder. Should I keep them in a warmer or put them in the oven until it is time to eat?

    Hello everyone. I sure am glade I came across this web-site. It looks like alot of interresting stuff. I like to cook to make others happy and it seems like when we eat we are our happiest. I am always looking for ways to cook for those that don't have time to, but I have a full time job also...
