Effects of elevation changes on freshly canned salsa
My question is different from cooking at a certain elevation. We are planning on canning some salsa at our cabin over the weekend, but will be bringing the finished product home. I want to know if the elevation change will affect the seal of the jars. I would hate to have salsa all over my...- b4d
