    Yes, and she also doesn't remove the skin which according to assumed experts is contrary to their taxpayer funded "research". I can only imagine how much that analysis cost! This is an ever developing method and technique for canning potatoes and it's prudent to get as much nutritional value...

    Plenty of people have dry canned and are still alive to tell about it. Same too with not peeling. Often we determine things by consensus and this seems to be the case with potatoes. Thus I'm trying write to someone with actual experience instead some video you"tuber" (that's a hidden joke)...
