I recently purchased some bacon wrapped sirloin fillets, and after two days in the refrigerator, when I unwrapped the fillets, I noticed that where the bacon had been touching the beef it that the beef had turned brown. Is this normal? I'm not sure if these steaks are safe to eat now. There rest...
