    I use a 10x10 EZ-up and a 10x20 canopy that I bought at BJ's. I prefer the 10x20 but it does take up a lot of space in the truck.     Venison loin help

    I either go with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder but sometimes I'll soak them in some teriyaki marinade overnight they get eaten quick

    on my stick burner and I only use seasoned wood on my wsm I use charcoal and seasoned wood chunks on my brinkman offset I have used charcoal with green hickory but it was tough

    it's going to be a warm one 17 - 30 f with some flurries unless the storm they say is blowing out to sea doesn't and turns into a nor'easter either way it should be fun
