    I always brine my wings and they come off with a firm,bite thru, semi crispy skin. i just smoke them at 250* with every thing else. now the other parts of the chicken, i need a stiffer brine to get the good skin texture i get with the wings.

    Never marinated in peach, but did inject a butt with a bunch of peach nector/juice and made a peach bbq sauce for it, it was great eating

    Say it is'nt so!!! I can see where your comen from, taken a hobby into a liven can make it hard to enjoy at times, i just do small partys, 50 peple is about the most and i'm usally sick of it after 3rd one and don't want to do any for my self.
