...which means it's time for some steaks on the grill. New Yorks on their way to being medium-rare. My usual treatment: salt, garlic, a few flakes of crushed red pepper, ground black pepper and olive oil. Nothing complicated, but I just never get tired of this :mrgreen...

I've pretty much decided that I'm going to replace my current grill with a Weber 310 (thanks for all the suggestions!) but not today. I'm looking for either the green or copper finish and couldn't find any in stock nearby. I guess I can wait a few more days. :) Meanwhile, it's Saturday night...
