    Carnival and fair foods

    :chef: I am going to open a concession trailer and want to sell foods unique to fairs and carnivals ect. I am interested to know what type of foods bring back good childhood memories and are the things you are willing to line up for on a hot summers day. Any input would be greatly helpful.
